Your Role:
You will be over all aspects of helping our teams be successful in their campaigns. This entails leading all campaigns’ communication, managing relationships with campaign leaders, providing support/guidance to enable success, analyzing campaign results, and motivating participants to succeed. Your role will be cross-functional, and you’ll regularly work with Marketing, Pre-Campaign Sales, and Operations. As we grow, you’ll have ample opportunities to be recognized and compensated for high performance and increased leadership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• First-hand experience supporting athletes/students/performers in 10+ teams/groups over 3+ years
• Keen familiarity with fundraising for sports teams or youth organizations
• Highly collaborative and constantly seeking to learn
• Excellent organization skills balancing and appropriately prioritizing many projects at once
• Superb at reading the underlying concerns, energy, and feelings of youth groups/teams
• Persuasive and concise communicator with youth to college-aged groups
• Scrappy in getting results with limited resources, including finding creative solutions
• Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude to get the right things done

Responsibilities:

• Attend and provide support for campaign launch events
• Daily analyze campaign results and provide motivational guidance to campaign participants
• Manage relationships with campaign leaders and guide them to campaign success
• Lead and adjust when necessary campaign timelines, strategies, and execution
• Organize and provide concise feedback for
• Marketing, Pre-Campaign Sales, and Operations on campaign performance and outcomes
• Provide support to campaign participants in troubleshooting problems
• Continually improve campaign launches, management, and program effectiveness
