Sponsr Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last Update: September 9, 2022

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Koodose, Corp., DBA Sponsr (“Sponsr”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile apps, and other applications or online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), or when you otherwise interact with us as described below.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, fill out a form, participate in a promotion, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request support, provide any contact or identifying information or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, information about your campaigns, contacts and their information, and any other information you choose to provide.

In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you add contacts or leads to your campaign. We will use this information to fulfill your requests and may send marketing communications to these contacts, according to the purposes and objectives of the campaign(s) you participate in.

We do not collect any payment card data directly. If you make a payment through our Services, all payment card data is collected and processed by a third party payment processor. We may retain the last 4 digits of any payment card for account administration purposes.

Your Contacts and Friends

You may choose to allow us to access, and provide us with, the information stored in (a) the contact list on your mobile device, and/or (b) other accounts you own (such as social or email accounts like Facebook or Gmail). Providing us with this information allows us to share your campaign information, including custom campaign links, with people you know. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts, and you can still use the Services without giving it access to your contacts (though it will be more difficult to share your campaign information).

We may store this contact information on our server. If you grant us permission to access and store information about your contacts (which might include their name, phone number(s), and/or email(s)), we can facilitate your sharing of your campaign information with them. We do not contact any of your contacts without your permission.

We may combine this information with other information we collect about you and use it for various purposes, such as improving our websites and your online experience, understanding which areas and features of our sites are popular, counting visits, understanding campaign effectiveness, tailoring our communications with you, determining whether an email has been opened and links within the email have been clicked and for other internal business purposes.

We may engage third parties to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on external websites and better understand your online activity.
